New engine changes for 2012 include, revised cylinder skirt, revised cylinder head, new CDi mapping and carburetion settings, a revised powervalve drive unit, new gearbox selector forks, revised clutch pressure plate and clutch plate material, revised ignition cover material. Other changes include new fork a setting and a new shock absorber option.

TM Racing 'Factory' rear shock absorber, Marzocchi 50mm forks, Billet machined aluminium hubs laces to anodised Excel rims, Billet machined aluminium triple clamp with damped handlebar mountings, oversize taper handlebar, oversize 'wave' braking discs, HGS exhaust system, V-Force reed valve system and switchable twin map igniton system.
