Features:

New engine changes for 2012 include a new connecting-rod material and design matched to a new piston featuring 'bridged box' constrution with a DLC coated gudgeon pin, new crankcases featuring a revised oil gallery and distribution system for oil supply to the new con-rod and piston assemblies, revised ECU settings, new gearbox selector forks and revised selector barrel assembly. Other changes include new fork setting and a new shock absorber option.
TM Racing 'Factory' rear shock absorber, Marzocchi 50mm forks, billet machine aluminium hubs laced to anodised Excel rims, billet machine aluminium triple clamp with damped handlebar mountings, oversize taper bars, oversize 'wave' braking discs.
Single cylinder 4 stroke water cooled engine with twin camshafts driving 4 independant finger followers operating titanium vlaves, dry sump with twin rotor oil pump for recovery and distribution, downdraught electronic fuel injection with 44mm throttle body, billet connecting rod with bridged-box forged piston and DLC coated gudgeon pin, Centre drip feed clutch plate system and a HGS 'bomb' type exhaust system.
