New engine changes for 2012, revisions to the cylinder and cylinder head that were new for 2011 which altered both transfer and exhaust port timing and also squish and compression values, the CDi program also features new mappings working with a revised carburetion setting, new gearbox selector forks and a new selcetor drum, clutch pressure plate design and clutch plate material. Other changes include new fork setting and a new shock absorber option, new headlight assembly and a new speedometer unit.

TM Racing 'Factory' rear shock absorber, Marzocchi 50mm forks, billet machined aluminium hubs laced to anodised Excel rims, billet machine aluminium triple clamps with damped handlebar mounting, oversize taper handlebar, oversize 'wave' braking discs, HGS exhaust system and is EU compliant for road use.
